Eligibility to win?
1) Must be 18 years and older and a resident of Ontario Canada
2) Must have bought a residential property valued at eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) or more.
3) The residential property must be bought through Jaz Hundal.
4) Cannot be in under any sort of representation contract with any other person authorized to facilitate real estate transactions (ie realtors, brokers, broker of records, and so on)
5) There is only 1 (one) eligible spin per purchase transaction.
6) House must be purchased between June 1st 2021 to July 31st 2021
General Description
The “Buy With Us and Win” promotion is operated by Jaz Hundal Sales Representative at Re/Max Millennium Brokerage. This promotion provides residential properties purchasing clients of Jaz Hundal an opportunity to win a prize as a housewarming present. There are a total of 12 segments on the wheel and each of them have a corresponding prize mentioned on it. Therefore, anyone who is eligible to spin the wheel, will win a prize when they spin the wheel with an eligible spin. This promotion has no affiliations or connections to Re/Max Millennium and Re/Max Canada, and therefore they are not liable or responsible for this promotional campaign.
Duration
This promotion shall run from June 1st 2021 to July 31st 2021, unless otherwise stated that it has been increased.
How to Enter
Client(s) must purchase a residential property valued at eight hundred thousand dollars($800,000) or more. The purchase must be firm between June 1st 2021 to July 31st 2021 unless otherwise stated that it has been increased in duration. There will be one eligible spin per transaction regardless how many clients are on the purchase agreement.
When will the spin take place?
The wheel will be present at the purchased property on the day of the closing. The purchasing client(s) will use their eligible spin to spin the wheel. At that point whatever prize the client(s); spin lands on is what they will be entitled to. The whole process will be filmed for record keeping and marketing purposes.
Odds of Winning
Every one that is eligible with an eligible spin will win a prize.
Limitation of Liability
All participants agree to release and hold harmless Jaz Hundal, Re/Max Millennium, and all of its respective Owners, Directors, Managers, Officers, employees, agents, sales representatives, brokers and any third party that maybe associated, from all losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever and any property damage, personal injury, or death to any participant or third person caused by or arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion – “Buy With Us and Win!” or with the use of any prize awarded.
Marketing Release
By participating in the “Buy With Us and Win” promotion clients grant Jaz Hundal and all associated parties permission to use their images and or videos as promotional material. The clients grant permission for any gathered material to be used however and wherever the material needs to be used. The client is granting consent waives the right to compensation or royalties. The client grants consent waives the right to disapprove or approve the final content created. The client grants consent acknowledges other contracts will not be breached, by participating in current agreement. The acknowledgement that the client granting consent release any applicable business entity or school from liability and all claims. List the class of release, which may be defined as Limited or Blanket. List the rights of the Party receiving consent which may produce, reproduce, edit, print, trade or share content (videos or moving photographs, illustrations, advertising, images, likeness, sound, and statements or comments) as desired. If a client chooses to not to agree to the marketing release they forfeit the prize and participation in the “Buy With Us and Win” promotion.

2021 Honda Civic Sedan LX CVT (any colour of choice, on a 30-month lease paid by Jaz Hundal all upfront). The Winner must also qualify for the lease even though they are not making the payments. Any terms and conditions set by Honda for the lease must be accepted and all liability must be assumed by the winner. Winner is responsible for vehicle license, registration and insurance. The Winner must provide valid identification (ie. driver’s license, birth certificate or passport) and proof of auto insurance at the time of pickup of the vehicle. The selected Winner may not transfer vehicle before picking up. All sales taxes and fees are included. The Winner will be responsible for any/all personal tax related implications, as related to winning the vehicle. (Approximate value $11000.00)
If for any reason any of the prizes are not available, winner will be given approximate value minus 13% in form of a cheque.
This promotion cannot be bundled, combined with any other promotion or promotional item that maybe offered.
